Actress and tv host Iya Villania announced on social media on March 27 that she and her husband Drew Arellano are expecting their first child.
Iya and Drew simultaneously posted on their Instagram accounts a photo showing a colorful Easter egg drawn on the abdomen of Iya (with a ribbon to boot!). Iya is shown covering her mouth in amazement while Drew is shown pointing at the egg, wearing a naughty smile on his face.

Drew captioned the photo on his Instagram account with, “I found an EGG…and FERTILIZED it! Hahahahaha! Wohoooooooo! Happy Easter it is! #EGGspecting #EGGciting #ComingSoon”. Iya, on the other hand, posted this message:”So….Umm…Happy Easter #EggSpecting #Eggzoited #Eggciting #NewLife #ComingSoon”
Fans lost no time in congratulating the husband and wife team for the good news. Most of them are very happy that the Arellanos will have a baby soon.
Iya and Drew tied the knot on January 31, 2014, after being a couple for 10 years.
Iya is currently the color commentator of Lip Sync Battle Philippines, the Chika Minute segment host in 24 Oras and the co-host of Taste Buddies. She also plays the role of Rebecca in the romantic comedy series, Because of You on GMA Network.
Drew meanwhile, is the host of the long-running educational tv show AHA! since 2010 and is also a traveling host of Unang Hirit.
