Philippine bet Juliane “Aya” Fernandez (age 21), won as Dream Girl of the Year at the Miss Tourism International 2018 pageant held at Sunway Resort Hotel and Spa in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
Aya Fernandez emerged as one of the Top 5 beauties who won from among 45 contestants.
Astari Indah Vernideani of Indonesia was crowned as Miss Tourism International 2018, inheriting the title from last year’s winner, Jannie Loudette Alipo-on of the Philippines.

Juliane Aya Fernandez was Miss Teen Earth 2015 prior to joining Miss Tourism International. She is a Broadcast Communication student from the University of the Philippines, Diliman.
She has been nominated as one of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals Youth Leaders.
Aya is also the founder and president of Project Lily PH, a social media enterprise which she launched in 2015. The said project employs Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) to produce enviromentally-friendly charcoal aka “eco-uling” made from water hyacinth or water lily, coconut husk, and other agri-forest waste.
Project Lily PH has gained local and international recognition for its efforts towards poverty alleviation and environmental conservation.
