Card Magician Shin Lim (age 27) was announced as the winner of America’s Got Talent: The Champions on February 18, 2019 at “The Champions Results Finale.”
Shin Lim was voted as the America’s Got Talent (AGT) Champions winner by the Superfans representing the 50 states of America, edging out teen ventriloquist Darci Lynne Farmer (age 14), who came in second.
Dubbed by Terry Crews as ‘America’s Got Talent: The Champions’ Best in the World, Shin Lim managed to say a short message of thanks following his win. He said, “I’m speechless and thank you so much really. And all I want to say is, follow your dreams, really follow your dreams.”
Lim emerged victorious among 12 finalists, composed of winners and finalists from Got Talent franchises all over the world. Of these 12, the Top 5 finalists were chosen, including rock-opera singer Cristina Ramos, stand up comedian Preacher Lawson, sand artist Kseniya Simonova, Shin Lim, and Darci Lynne.

Shin Lim is a Canadian-American who won America’s Got Talent Season 13 (2018). He moved to the finals of AGT Champions by getting the most votes from the Superfans on the fifth episode of AGT Champions aired on February 4, 2019
He dazzled the judges and the audience in his finals performance, doing unbelievable card magic tricks with host Terry Crews and Howie Mandel on stage with him.
