This follows the story of Kelvin “Kelley” Morse, a rich kid who becomes involved in a car race with Jasper Arnold and accidentally damage a restaurant owned by Samantha Cavanaugh’s parents.
Both Kelley and Jasper are sentenced to perform community service by repairing the damage. They soon find themselves fighting over the same girl, Samantha, whom Jasper had been dating publicly for years.
