As expected by most analysts, “Avengers: Endgame”, aka Avengers 4, breaks multiple box office records since its first day of showing.
On its global opening, “Avengers: Endgame” earned an estimated USD 644 million, the biggest ever in film history.
The latest MCU movie surpassed the USD 640.5 million record of its predecessor, “Avengers: Infinity War” set in April 2018.
Internationally, “Avengers: Endgame” also topped the USD 443 million record held by “The Fate of the Furious” since 2017, with the latest MCU installment racking up an estimated total of USD 487 million as of the end of Friday, (April 26).
Its launch in China set an industry single day record of USD 107.5 million, including midnight showings. Single day records were also reported on the debut of “Avengers: Endgame” in several markets including the following:
