Wade Cota (age 27) of Phoenix, Arizona, sang a superb cover of Kodaline’s hit “All I Want” during the Top 20 Solo round on American Idol Season 17 (2019).
The unique voice of Wade Cota was enough to make the Kodaline song his own. The crowd just loved his performance and the judges rewarded him with a standing ovation.
American Idol judges Katy Perry, Luke Bryan, and Lionel Richie were in awe of his performance and their comments might just possibly push Wade Cota into the Top 10 for this season.

Absolutely (agreeing with Luke). I am telling you right now. The music business needs to be inspired. And somebody has to come and shake the world up. And that voice you have, I know that’s you, my friend. Congratulations.
