Forbes has recently released its annual list of America’s Richest Self-Made Women, where it shows Rihanna at number 37, with a net worth of USD 600 million. Rihanna’s net worth makes her officially the world’s richest female musician in 2019.
The 31-year-old Barbadian singer, actress, businesswoman, and fashion designer, whose real name is Robyn Rihanna Fenty, had a self-made score of 10. Her source of wealth comes from a mix of cosmetics and music.
Rihanna has sold over 280 million records and singles worldwide in her career as a musician, but a big bulk of her wealth comes from the makeup brand Fenty Beauty, which she co-owns with Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy (LVMH).
Founded in September 2017, Fenty had an estimated USD 570 million in revenue in 2018, according to Forbes. Fenty will also have a new fashion house based in Paris, adding another income stream for Rihanna.
In addition to her deal with LVMH, Rihanna also owns Savage X Fenty lingerie line with online fashion firm TechStyle Fashion Group.
With her new cosmetics and fashion ventures, it is not unlikely that Rihanna’s net worth will climb to a billion in a few years.

Singer and songwriter Taylor Swift (age 29) comes in at number 60 with a net worth of USD 360 million.
