The Detroit Youth Choir, Terry Crews’ Golden Buzzer act which is composed of singers aged 8 to 18, sang a cover of “The Champion” at the quarterfinals round of America’s Got Talent 2019 (Season 14).
“The Champion” (2018) is a certified platinum hit song by Carrie Underwood, featuring rapper Ludacris.
For their emotional performance, the Detroit Youth Choir got a standing ovation from the live audience at Dolby Theatre and from AGT judges Simon Cowell, Howie Mandel, Julianne Hough and Gabrielle Union.
