This is the newest anime from Masaaki Yuasa, the director of Devilman Crybaby, and his animation studio Science Saru. Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken! is based on a comic of the same name, and follows three first-year high school girls as they attempt to make an anime together: one working as the director / writer, one as the animator, and one as the producer.
Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken! will stream on Crunchyroll starting January 6th.

Eizouken ni wa Te o Dasu na! (“Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken!”) is a Japanese manga series by Sumito Ōwara. It has been serialized in Shogakukan’s seinen manga magazine Monthly Big Comic Spirits since 2016 and has been collected in three tankōbon volumes.
An anime television series adaptation by Science Saru premiered on January 5, 2020 (Jan 6 on Crunchyroll). A live-action film adaptation will open in Japan in the third quarter of 2020.
An anime television series adaptation was announced on May 7, 2019. The series is directed and written by Masaaki Yuasa, with animation by Science Saru. Naoyuki Asano is designing the characters, while Oorutaichi is composing the music. The series premiered on January 5, 2020 on NHK General TV.
