The judges and most members of the audience gave Marcelito Pomoy a standing ovation for his brilliant, extraordinary performance.
Howie Mandel said that he believes that Marcelito Pomoy has the best shot of winning the competition. He told Marcelito, “This is the semifinals. You raised your game.” Howie made comments about how Marcelito’s female and male voices, kept up with each other.
Alesha Dixon said Marcelito made an absolutely brilliant song choice because it enabled him to shine. She said she loves everything about Marcelito and said that his performance was fabulous.
Heidi Klum admitted that she waited all day for Marcelito to come onto the stage. She said Marcelito is her favorite and that it just blows her mind.
Simon Cowell said that it’s undeniable Marcelito has a very unique, incredible, special talent. He said that if Marcelito goes through the Final, he thinks Marcelito must take a bigger risk because “the surprise is now over.” Simon was booed at this point. He continued by saying he believes that with a gift that Marcelito has, he’s got a massive career in front of him. At that, Marcelito smiled widely and appeared happy with Simon’s last few sentences.
Last winter’s #1 most-watched alternative series, “America’s Got Talent: The Champions,” returned for a second season on Monday, January 6 at 8/7c.

“America’s Got Talent: The Champions” brings together the world’s most talented, memorable and all-around fan-favorite acts from past seasons of “AGT” and from the other “Got Talent” franchises around the globe. These all-star acts, which include former winners and finalists, will once again come together to share their artistry and compete against one another in the ultimate celebration of worldwide creativity and talent.
The “Got Talent” format has had more than a billion global viewers since it began airing in 2006 in America and has aired in 194 territories worldwide. “Got Talent” holds the Guinness World Records title as the Most Successful Reality Television Format in history, with 70 local versions produced across Europe, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas.
