“It’s Not Unusual” is a song written by Les Reed and Gordon Mills and first recorded by a then-unknown Tom Jones. It was the second Decca single Jones released, and reached number one in the UK Singles Chart in 1965, and at number 3 on Billboard’s easy listening chart. Jones later used this song as the theme for his late 1960s–early 1970s television musical variety series This Is Tom Jones.

Carey said he joined The Masked Singer because it looked like a lot of fun and he likes “having a goof and a lot of laughs.” He said it’s a great show and he had a blast. He took time to explain the clues about him when he was finally unmasked.
Ken Jeong said he loves Drew Carey to death but he thought Carey was from Cleveland. Carey explained that the package of clues didn’t say he was from Seattle. Robin Thicke asked what is the clue about firing cannons. And Carey said he was in the Marine Corp Reserves and that he was a radio operator at a mortar platoon.
Further, the radio DJ clues in Llama’s package refer to Drew’s weekly radio show on Sirius XM’s “Underground Garage” while the playing cards refers to Drew’s victory in Celebrity Poker Tour.
After Carey served in the U.S. Marine Corps and making a name for himself in stand-up comedy, he gained stardom in his own sitcom, The Drew Carey Show, and as host of the U.S. version of the improv comedy show Whose Line Is It Anyway? Carey then appeared in several films, TV series, music videos, a made-for-television film, and a computer game. Carey also briefly participated in professional wrestling, most notably entering the 2001 Royal Rumble, and was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2011. He has hosted the game show The Price Is Right since 2007 on CBS.
The Masked Singer is an American reality singing competition TV series and is part of the Masked Singer franchise featuring celebrities in head-to-toe costumes and face masks which conceal their identities from other contestants, panelists, and an audience.
