Broke is an American television sitcom created by Alex Herschlag that premiered on April 2, 2020 on CBS. The series follows a single mother who takes in her estranged sister, her husband and their assistant after they lose their trust fund. It stars Jaime Camil, Pauley Perrette, Natasha Leggero, Izzy Diaz, and Antonio Raul Corbo.
After a wealthy father decides to cut his son off, both the son and his wife move in with the wife’s very reluctant and estranged sister, a working single mother with a son of her own.

Jaime Camil as Javier, Elizabeth’s spoiled but likeable husband and Jackie’s brother-in-law who forms a close bond with his nephew, Sammy.
Pauley Perrette as Jackie, a confident working single mother who also works as a bartender.
Natasha Leggero as Elizabeth, Jackie’s estranged sister and Javier’s wife. Unlike Javier, she struggles to make a new life without money.
Izzy Diaz as Luis, Javier’s assistant and friend, who resides with the family. He and Javier often converse in Spanish.
Antonio Raul Corbo as Sammy, Jackie’s son with an intensely creative mind.
