Armed with mysterious powers and a legendary sword, young rebel Nimue (Katherine Langford) joins forces with charming mercenary Arthur (Devon Terrell) on a mission to save her people.
Cursed is an epic reimagining of the Arthurian legend told from the perspective of Nimue. Arthur and Nimue go on a quest to find Merlin (Gustaf Skarsgård) and deliver an ancient sword.

Cursed is an American drama web TV series based on the illustrated young adult novel of the same name by Frank Miller and Tom Wheeler. Miller and Wheeler created the television adaptation and are also the executive producers of the series.
Netflix had given the production a series order for a first season consisting of ten episodes, announced on March 28, 2018. Zetna Fuentes was announced as director and executive producer for the first two episodes, on September 12, 2018. Other directors of the series include Jon East, Daniel Nettheim, and Sarah O’Gorman.
In September 2018, Katherine Langford was cast in the series’ lead role. In March 2019, it was announced that Devon Terrell, Gustaf Skarsgård, Peter Mullan, Lily Newmark, Shalom Brune-Franklin, Daniel Sharman, Sebastian Armesto, Emily Coates and Billy Jenkins had joined the cast.
Cursed was filmed on a disused Army land in Deepcut, England.
