Team Delta’s Steve Clisby (age 74) sang “I Still Call Australia Home” while Emmagen Rain (age 12) performed “Not Pretty Enough” during the Playoffs on The Voice Australia 2020 (Season 9).
Coach Delta Goodrem picked Steve Clisby as the winner of the Playoff, advancing him to the Showdowns. Emmagen Rain was eliminated from the competition after losing to Clisby.

The Voice Australia was renewed for a ninth season right after the end of the eighth season. It was announced that all coaches would return for the new season.
The ninth season of The Voice Australia begun airing on May 24, 2020. For the first time in the show’s history all of the coaches are returning: Delta Goodrem for her eighth, Kelly Rowland and Boy George for their fourth and Guy Sebastian for his second. Following the exit of Sonia Kruger, Darren McMullen, who hosted the first three seasons, returns with new co-host, Renee Bargh.
The show is part of the television franchise The Voice and is structured as three phases: blind auditions, battle rounds and live performance shows. The show added another phase in 2017: the knockouts between the blind auditions and the battles. The winner receives a recording contract with Universal Music or EMI (2019) as well as A$100,000 and other prizes.
