Lauren Hall sang a beautiful cover of Adele’s “One and Only” on The Voice Blind Auditions 2019 (Season 17).
Only Coach Kelly Clarkson turned her chair for Lauren Hall, and she was so happy that she didn’t have to fight anybody to get Lauren.
Kelly immediately turned after hearing a few notes from Lauren.
Gwen said that Lauren sounded a lot like Kelly. And Kelly agreed that they indeed have similarities.
Kelly said that people don’t realize that Lauren could be the greatest singer on the show. But if the song choice is poor, people would not connect. She said that Lauren has a lot of passion and she would help her just lay into the vocal and have a good time with it.
