Metcalfe is known for his roles in the television series Desperate Housewives, Passions, Dallas and Chesapeake Shores. His film credits include John Tucker Must Die, Beyond a Reasonable Doubt, Escape Plan 2: Hades, and Hard Kill. Metcalfe also starred in several Hallmark original movies including A Country Wedding, Christmas Next Door and Christmas under the Stars.
