American actress Teri Hatcher (age 56) portrays Joyce, her first starring role in a Hallmark television movie. Hatcher is best known for her portrayals of Lois Lane on the television series Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman and Susan Mayer on the television series Desperate Housewives (2004-2012), for which she won the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in a Musical or Comedy and three Screen Actors Guild Awards (one as lead female actor, two as part of Best Ensemble). Her film credits include The Big Picture, Tango & Cash, Soapdish, Straight Talk, All Tied Up, 2 Days in the Valley, Tomorrow Never Dies, Spy Kids, Resurrecting the Champ, and Madness in the Method. Hatcher also starred in the television series The Love Boat, MacGyver, Capitol, Karen’s Song, Sunday Dinner, The Odd Couple, and Supergirl.
American actor and musician James Denton (age 58) plays the role of Ethan Holt. Denton is best known for playing Mike Delfino on the comedy-drama series Desperate Housewives (2004-2012) and Dr. Sam Radford on Hallmark Channel’s comedy-drama series Good Witch (2015-2021). Denton also played major roles in the television series The Pretender, Philly, Threat Matrix, and Devious Maids. His film credits include That Old Feeling, Face/Off, Beautiful Dreamer, Und–d or Alive, Grace Unplugged, and Selfie Dad. He also starred in the Hallmark original movies For Love & Honor, Stranded in Paradise, and several movies in the Good Witch film series.
