American actress, television personality, and former singer Tamera Mowry-Housley (age 44) portrays Shelby. Mowry-Housley first gained fame for her teen role as Tamera Campbell on the sitcom Sister, Sister. She also starred in the television series Strong Medicine, Roommates and Things We do for Love, and in several television movies including Disney’s Twitches and its sequel. Mowry-Housley previously starred in the Hallmark original movies A Christmas Miracle, Christmas Comes Twice, and The Santa Stakeout.
Canadian actor Ronnie Rowe Jr. plays the role of Evan. Rowe is best known for his roles in the films Black Cop and Akilla’s Escape and the television series In Contempt, Star Trek: Discovery, and The Porter. His film credits include Bike Cop: Begins, Recall, and The Man from Toronto. Rowe previously starred in the Hallmark movie Jingle Bell Bride.
