Ventriloquist Darci Lynne Farmer (age 14) comes back to “America’s Got Talent: The Champions” with an impressive performance in the finals aired on February 11, 2019.
Darci Lynne Farmer used her lucky charm puppet named Petunia to sing the soprano aria “O Mio Babbino Caro” from the Italian opera “Gianni Schicchi” by Giacomo Puccini.
With her mouth only slightly open, Darci Lynne sang the piece flawlessly through her puppet Petunia. Less than 15 seconds into the Italian opera aria, the members of the audience were up on their feet, cheering loudly for Darci’s unbelievable talent.
Everyone gave her a standing ovation, and judges couldn’t help but gush over her performance.

Darci Lynne Farmer was the winner of America’s Got Talent Season 12 (2017). She was voted out of AGT Champions when Superfans chose opera rock singer Cristina Ramos over her. But she advanced to the finals as a Judges’ Wildcard, along with magician Jon Dorenbos who also advanced as a Judges’ Wildcard.
