T-Rex performed a cover of “Jai Ho” from the movie Slumdog Millionaire during the Group C Championships on Week 8 of The Masked Singer 2020 (Season 3).
“Jai Ho” won an Oscar award for Best Original Song and a Grammy Award for Best Song Written for a Motion Picture, Television or Other Visual Media.
T-Rex was voted “Out” by the audience and her identity was revealed. The Masked Singer judges Jenny McCarthy and Nicole Scherzinger guessed it right based on the clues given, while Robin Thicke, Ken Jeong and guest panelist Will Arnett were all surprised with the reveal. Nick Cannon said he guessed it right too.
So Who is T-Rex? The Masked Singer T-Rex is none other than American dancer, singer, actress and YouTube personality Jojo Siwa.
Nick Cannon exclaimed “I knew it! My forever side kick and good friend, Jojo Siwa.” Nick Cannon and Jojo Siwa were co-hosts in the reality TV program Lip Sync Battle Shorties in 2017.

From her first appearance on the show, majority of The Masked Singer fans already guessed that T-Rex is Jojo Siwa.
Before T-Rex was unmasked, another video with a set of clues was shown.
Jojo Siwa is known for appearing in two seasons of Dance Moms and for her multi-platinum single “Boomerang“. She is also a YouTube star with 10.8 million subscribers on her channel Its Jojo Siwa. She has appeared on several TV shows including Keeping Up with the Kardashians and School of Rock. Her film credits include Blurt! and The Angry Birds Movie 2
The clues to Jojo Siwa’s package were explained during the reveal. The candy lips and toy cannon are clues to Jojo hosting “Lip Sync Battle Shorties” with Nick Cannon. The U-Shaped Balloon is a clue to her 10 million plus followers on YouTube. The Compass rose refers to her babysitting Kim Kardashian’s daughter, North West.
As to her connection with guest panelist Will Arnett, Jojo said she was at the world premiere of the “LEGO Batman” movie and she was wearing her poodle shoes.
In the interview following the reveal, the teener said that keeping everything a secret was the hardest part of being on The Masked Singer. She said performing with a mask is also very difficult but she was able to perform the three dances that she loves so much, so she’s happy. Shedding some tears in the interview, Jojo said it’s sad because it was so much fun. “Leaving is like the last day of high school. That’s what it’s like,” she said.
